📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute sales promotions and marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
• Create and manage social media content to promote our brand and engage with our audience.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Organize and participate in retail events and trade shows to showcase our products.
• Train and mentor new team members to ensure high standards of service and sales.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail and sales promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, sales promotions, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving brand awareness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms and marketing tools such as Facebook, Instagram, and Hootsuite.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
