Bit Root Mandiri is seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations, ensuring high-quality food, and maintaining a positive dining experience for our customers. This is a full-time position based in Parepare, Sulawesi Selatan.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement menu plans that align with the restaurant's concept and customer preferences.,Supervise and mentor the kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to food safety and quality standards.,Oversee food costs and inventory management to ensure profitability.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Participate in training and development programs for kitchen staff.,Ensure that all food preparation and cooking processes are efficient and effective.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Ability to create and maintain a high-quality menu.,Experience with budgeting and cost control in a restaurant setting.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local culinary traditions and ingredients is a plus.
