AETHER Indonesia is seeking a talented Junior HR Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in HR to gain valuable experience and develop their career in a dynamic and innovative company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Maintain and update employee records and HR documents.,Support the HR team in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.,Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other HR team members.,Conduct initial research and analysis for HR projects and initiatives.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee benefits programs.,Support the HR team in handling employee relations issues and conflicts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR (optional for recent graduates).,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Basic knowledge of English is a plus.
