📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.,Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, etc.).,Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve results.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.,Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success.,Lead and mentor junior team members to ensure high performance and professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
