📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead and manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to candidate selection and onboarding.
  • Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify the most qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics to the HR manager.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and best practices.
  • Mentor and guide junior recruiters in the team.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of success in recruitment and staffing.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Fluency in both Indonesian and English.
