📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert tax advisory services to clients, including tax planning, compliance, and dispute resolution.,Lead and mentor junior tax consultants and staff.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in tax law and regulations.,Prepare and present tax reports and analyses to clients and management.,Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize clients' tax liabilities.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new staff.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting or a related field.,Professional certification in taxation (e.g., CPA, CMA, or equivalent).,Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Experience in leading and mentoring a team.
