📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and oversee the implementation of safety and health programs in line with international and local standards.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and address potential hazards.,Provide training and development programs to enhance the safety knowledge and skills of employees.,Monitor and analyze safety performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety into operational processes.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to promote a safety culture.,Ensure timely reporting and documentation of safety incidents and near-misses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in safety and health management in a manufacturing or industrial environment.,Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or equivalent is a plus.,Strong knowledge of international safety standards such as OHSAS 18001, ISO 45001, and local regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and multilingual environment.,Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and innovation in safety practices.,Familiarity with Unilever's safety and health policies and procedures is an advantage.
