📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide level 2 technical support to internal users, resolving complex IT issues and ensuring minimal downtime.,Monitor and maintain the performance and availability of IT systems, networks, and servers.,Manage and optimize IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and cloud-based solutions.,Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and security.,Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery testing to protect critical data and systems.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve IT-related issues and improve overall system performance.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends, technologies, and industry best practices to ensure our IT infrastructure remains cutting-edge and secure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations and support, with a strong background in system administration, network management, and troubleshooting.,Proven experience with ITIL frameworks and best practices.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and network protocols.,Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and virtualization technologies is a plus.,Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
