📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Oversee the daily operations of the production team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Manage and optimize production schedules to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.,Monitor and maintain production equipment and machinery to ensure they are in good working condition.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to ensure that all products meet the required standards.,Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that production goals are aligned with overall business objectives.,Implement and monitor production safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all staff members.,Provide regular reports and updates to management on production progress and any issues that may arise.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
