📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting site measurements and preparing accurate quantity take-offs for construction projects.,Analyzing cost data and preparing cost reports to monitor project budgets and identify cost savings opportunities.,Preparing and maintaining project schedules, cost estimates, and cost control systems.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.,Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met within budget and schedule.,Providing technical support to project teams and assisting in the resolution of cost-related issues.,Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met.,Maintaining accurate records of project costs and expenses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in site quantity surveying or a similar role in the construction industry.,Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and cost estimation techniques.,Proficiency in using quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
