📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.,Coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality products and services to clients.,Monitor client performance and provide regular reports to the Key Account Manager.,Assist in the development and implementation of client strategies and plans.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure our clients receive the best solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or client-facing role, preferably in the technology industry.,Strong understanding of client needs and the ability to develop tailored solutions.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
