📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage and develop a team of store staff, providing training and support.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock is adequately replenished.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.,Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.,Implement and enforce store policies and procedures.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve sales targets and store performance goals.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other retail management software.,Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and industry trends.
