📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service.,Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the workplace.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Train and develop staff to improve their performance and skills.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of operations and staff performance.,Participate in inventory management and ensure adequate stock levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.,Familiarity with inventory management and stock control.,Ability to use basic computer software and equipment.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
