📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Maintain and manage our network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Monitor and optimize our IT systems to ensure maximum efficiency and reliability.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software.
• Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.
• Conduct regular maintenance and updates on our IT infrastructure.
• Provide training and support to end-users on the use of IT systems and software.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to ensure we are providing the best possible solutions to our clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support and network management.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Experience with network monitoring and management tools such as Wireshark, Nagios, or PRTG.
• Experience with IT security best practices and tools such as firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
