📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing and supervising the team,Ensure that all team members are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations,Monitor team performance and provide feedback,Handle team conflicts and ensure a positive work environment,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members,Participate in team meetings and provide updates on team progress

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role,Proven track record of leading and managing a team,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Good knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures,Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred but not required)
