📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage site operations, including personnel, equipment, and materials.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to achieve project milestones.,Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address issues promptly.,Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures.,Monitor project budgets and resource allocation to ensure efficient use.,Provide technical support and guidance to site personnel.,Maintain accurate records and reports of site activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.,Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.,Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with project management software and tools.,Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
