📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for daily operations.,Coordinate with drivers and maintenance teams to schedule vehicle inspections, repairs, and servicing.,Monitor vehicle usage and fuel consumption to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies related to vehicle maintenance and usage.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support to the Fleet Manager in planning and executing fleet-related projects.,Maintain accurate records of all vehicle-related activities and transactions.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new drivers and support staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Ability to travel and work in different locations as required.
