Rejeki Kirana Fruit is looking for a dedicated and experienced Operational Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fruit processing facility, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality control. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a passion for the fruit industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of the fruit processing facility operations.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Develop and implement operational plans and strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and effective operations.,Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of product quality.,Maintain and update operational manuals and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the food or beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with quality control and safety regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
