📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide input on candidate suitability.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Provide feedback and guidance to internal teams on best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.,Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
