📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to both in-store and online customers.,Assist in the merchandising and display of products to attract customers.,Promote sales and special offers to increase customer engagement and sales.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate sales records.,Work with the sales team to meet and exceed daily sales targets.,Provide feedback to the store manager on customer satisfaction and sales performance.,Participate in inventory management and restocking activities.,Ensure the store is clean and well-organized at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong sales and negotiation abilities.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and retail software.,Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
