📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer requirements.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Ensure that all food is cooked to the correct temperature and served at the right time.,Keep the kitchen clean and organized.,Manage kitchen staff and ensure they are following food safety guidelines.,Prepare and maintain food inventories.,Participate in training and development programs for kitchen staff.,Assist in the development and implementation of new recipes and menu items.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Cook in a professional kitchen.,Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Experience with a variety of cooking techniques and ingredients.,Ability to manage and mentor kitchen staff.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
