Trust Recruit is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cost Engineer to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the cost of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems for data center projects. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

As a Senior Cost Engineer, you will work closely with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to develop cost-effective solutions that meet project requirements. You will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting on project costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring compliance with budget constraints.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement cost control strategies for MEP systems in data center projects.
  • Monitor and report on project costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring compliance with budget constraints.
  • Work closely with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to develop cost-effective solutions that meet project requirements.
  • Perform cost estimates, forecasts, and analyses for MEP systems, including materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Develop and maintain cost databases and cost control systems.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior cost engineers and other team members.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Participate in project reviews and meetings to discuss cost-related issues and solutions.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Cost Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost engineering, with a focus on MEP systems in data center projects.
  • Strong understanding of cost control principles, cost estimation techniques, and cost management software.
  • Proven track record of success in managing and optimizing project costs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in cost engineering.
