📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth running of the warehouse.

Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.

Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage incoming and outgoing goods.

Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.

Train and supervise warehouse staff.

Monitor warehouse performance and make recommendations for improvement.

Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Manage warehouse budget and resources effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management.

Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Familiarity with health and safety regulations.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
