You'll manage our recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding and training. You'll also handle employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to hiring and onboarding, using our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
• Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance resolution.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.
• Support the HRIS (Human Resource Information System) to maintain accurate employee data.
• Lead HR initiatives and projects as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with HRIS and ATS is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
