📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage NPI/PPAP and APQP projects from initiation to completion.,Develop and implement manufacturing processes and standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.,Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.,Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.,Provide technical support and guidance to team members.,Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.,Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.,Proven experience as a Project Officer or similar role in the manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of NPI/PPAP and APQP processes.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with project management tools and software.,Familiarity with quality management systems and standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
