📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install and maintain GPS devices in vehicles, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot GPS-related issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
• Conduct regular maintenance and updates to GPS devices, ensuring they are up-to-date with the latest software and firmware.
• Provide technical guidance and training to clients on the use and maintenance of GPS devices.
• Document all installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in GPS technology and vehicle tracking solutions.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our GPS installation and maintenance services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role, with a focus on vehicle electronics and GPS technology.
• Proven experience in installing and maintaining GPS devices in vehicles.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of GPS technology, including familiarity with GPS device models commonly used in the industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with vehicle tracking systems and telematics solutions.
• Knowledge of relevant safety and regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Ability to travel to client sites as required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
