📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the Demand Planning function, including a team of demand planners and analysts.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain operations.
• Leverage data analytics and advanced planning tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar to forecast demand, optimize inventory levels, and improve supply chain responsiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, and logistics, to align demand planning with overall business objectives.
• Drive operational improvements through continuous process optimization and innovation.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of demand planning initiatives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in demand management and supply chain optimization.
• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to the team to ensure continuous learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in demand management, supply chain optimization, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of driving operational improvements and achieving cost savings.
• Strong background in data analytics and advanced planning tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Certifications in Supply Chain Management, Demand Planning, or related fields are a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strategic thinker with a passion for optimizing supply chain operations.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
