📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) on carbon steel materials to ensure high-quality welds.
• Inspect and test welds to meet industry standards and project specifications.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely completion of welding tasks.
• Use welding equipment such as welding machines, torches, and safety gear.
• Participate in regular training and development programs to enhance welding skills.
• Maintain and clean welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Report any issues or concerns related to welding processes and equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a GMAW Welder in the construction or manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in using GMAW welding techniques and equipment.
• Hold a valid welding certification, preferably from a recognized institution such as AWS (American Welding Society).
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations in the welding industry.
• Ability to work in a team and follow project timelines.
• Familiarity with carbon steel welding and related materials.
• Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
