📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods.
• Manage a team of 15-20 logistics staff, providing guidance and support.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth procurement and inventory management.
• Implement and monitor logistics policies and procedures to maintain compliance and efficiency.
• Utilize logistics software such as SAP, JDA, or similar to track and manage inventory and shipments.
• Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics supervision or a similar role.
• Proven track record of managing logistics operations and teams.
• Certification in logistics management or supply chain optimization is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, including SAP, JDA, or similar.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian.
