As a Palm Oil Plantation Civil Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction, repair, and maintenance of various civil infrastructure projects, such as roads, drainage systems, and buildings. You will work closely with our team of engineers and contractors to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of civil infrastructure projects
• Conduct site surveys and inspections to assess project requirements and progress
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
• Monitor project budgets and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and drawings
• Assist in the training and supervision of local workers
• Participate in safety meetings and ensure adherence to safety protocols
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in civil engineering

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in civil infrastructure projects, preferably in the palm oil industry
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar design software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of Indonesian regulations and standards for civil engineering
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently
